My family has been visiting Cape San Blas for 20 years, probably two visits a year on average. There was no heat it was not even connected! They were prompt in responding, and I especially liked that someone always answered the phone whenever we called (no voicemail purgatory!). It truly was a perfect place for our big family vacation. We enjoyed our almost private beach every day, and in the afternoons when it got too hot, we retreated to the wonderful enclosed pool, which was my husbands favorite part. The roof has been sealed and there are no longer any issues with bats or droppings. Some nails on the walkway are also coming up and can catch pants, or shoes, you need to be mindful as you walk.
